It doesn’t matter how old I get, I'm always excited to have the window seat on a plane. The view is constantly changing and interesting, and it amazes me to know I’m this little thing floating through the sky for a moment in time. It takes me out of my bubble and fills me with so much appreciation for this beautiful planet. Rivers look like lines, fields look like patterns and the clouds are so close I want to reach out and touch them. This painting was inspired by all of that.
