Potential delays can happen due to severe weather, holidays, or postal service problems that are outside of my control.
Processing Times
All physical orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times include making your artwork according to the specifications you chose and/or preparing it for shipment. Processing times are separate from shipping times. More specific processing times are:
Fine Art Prints: 2-4 business days
Framed Prints: 3-5 business days
Original Paintings: 2-3 business days
Online Art Courses: Immediately
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Estimated domestic shipping timeframes are in addition to the processing times. Domestic standard shipping is free for all art prints, canvas prints, framed prints and wood hanger frames in the USA.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery and Pickup
Free local delivery is only available for original painting orders within a 5 mile radius of zip code 60622. If you would like to choose free local delivery, please select this option at checkout. Deliveries are made from 10am-4pm on weekdays. I will contact you via email to arrange a date and time that works for us both.
Pickup is available only for original painting orders. The pickup location is in Humboldt Park, Chicago. If you would like to choose pickup for your order, please select this option at checkout. After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days, not including holidays. Pickups can be made from 10am-4pm on weekdays. I will contact you via email to arrange a pickup date and time that works for us both.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
I offer international shipping to all countries for art prints and original paintings. Unfortunately, framed prints are not shipped outside the USA.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If these charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to orders being held in customs are out of my control.
If your tracking information shows your package is stuck in Customs and you have not been notified, please contact your Customs office to inquire about the parcel. Unfortunately, I don't have any control over this as it depends on your country's import laws.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframes noted above of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me via my contact form with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each order is made based on the specifications you select and stock is not kept by the artist, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, replacements or refunds will be issued for damaged or lost orders. Please read the full return policy.
Lost In Transit
Orders can experience delays due to weather or holidays, as well as delays that are out of my control with mail couriers. If your print hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of the date your order shipped, please let me know via my contact form and I will look into it. Prints that are not delivered within 30 calendar days are considered lost in transit, and once you let me know, I will issue either a full refund or a replacement print at no charge to you.
