In addition, I use Google Analytics and something called a Pinterest Tag to keep track of who is visiting my site and purchasing my art. Your information may be shared with third parties for online behavioral advertising and analytics, and you can opt-out anytime through your browser preferences, Pinterest personalization settings, the AdChoices website, or your mobile ad identifier settings. By using the Site, you are saying "That's ok, Kim. I trust you."

My servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing my Site from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom I may share your personal information (see “2. In Short: I do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Site. 7. What are your options for email marketing?
You can unsubscribe from my marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that I send or by contacting me using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, I may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration of any purchases made by you, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
8. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, I do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that I must follow in the future, I will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

In Short: Yes, I will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
