Frequently Asked Questions
What is a standard order vs. custom order?
A standard order is anything you can buy directly through my shop. A custom order is when you want to get a size not shown on my website, add my signature, upgrade the paper, choose a different frame, alter the matting border, print on canvas, etc.
Can I get a custom size on the standard paper?
The standard (Enhanced Matte Art) paper is only available for standard sized artwork. The standard sizes are shown in my shop, but there are actually 50 sizes to choose from so please reach out with your dimensions to see if it's an option.
How do I place a custom order?
The first step is to tell me what you're looking for and I'll reply with your options and pricing. When you're ready to move forward, an invoice will be emailed to you that you can pay online. You'll also get a link to track the package!
Can you help me choose the right size art and frame?
Of course! I'd be happy to. I help people with this kind of thing all the time. It's always helpful to get a photo of the room and where you plan to hang the art. Oh, and I'll need to know the dimensions of the empty wall space it's going on. You can start the conversation here.
If I order rolled canvas, how do I get it stretched?
It's very easy, just bring the rolled canvas to a local framer and ask them to stretch it. There will be enough margin on the print to wrap it around 1.5" deep stretcher bars. They will charge for this, but it ends up being less expensive than if you had me ship a stretched canvas to you.
What's the lead time for a custom order?
- Fine Art Prints: 6-8 biz days
- Canvas Art Prints: 60x60" and smaller takes 7-10 biz days, over 60x60" takes 2-3 weeks
- Framed Art Prints: 5-7 biz days
- Custom Paintings: 5-7 weeks

Commissions To The Trade
I'm honored to have my work in beautiful spaces and would love any opportunities to work with interior designers, stylists, art curators and architects. For commissioned paintings, I can provide samples of the actual colors on the paper. During the creative process, I like to photograph the in-progress painting and sketch a couple options as an overlay so you can choose the final result. A minimum of 5 weeks lead time is required for commissioned pieces. Please contact me with your project details to obtain pricing and discuss timing.
