Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any work I have to do on my end?
The only effort needed on your part is to download this spreadsheet as a Microsoft Excel doc and enter your recipients’ info (names, shipping addresses, phone numbers) for personalization and shipping purposes. You’ll need to upload your completed doc when you reserve your art package.
Can I choose a size that's not 8x10" or 12x12"?
You can, but only if you are ordering framed prints. Please know the price will change if the size changes. Sorry, I am not able to offer other sizes for unframed prints as a holiday package. I chose small prints because they are well-received as gifts and can be placed almost anywhere in a space.
Are the prints gift-wrapped?
The artwork is not gift-wrapped since there is already an unveiling that happens when the recipient takes it out of the envelope. The print is beautifully packaged in a clear plastic sleeve with a thick backboard and the personalized note is attached to the front of the artwork.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Because each art print is made to order and stock is not kept by the artist, returns and exchanges are not accepted. But if a package is lost or damaged in shipping, a replacement or refund will be issued.
What if I’m in the US and my recipient is in another country?
These packages can only be sent to recipients whose address is in the United States. With that said, if you are located in another country and want to ship a gift to someone in the US, that works!
Do you offer payment plans?
Kind of! I accept Afterpay for purchases up to $2,000 so you can buy now and pay later. You will be able to use this method of payment at checkout.
