Artists who paint on paper know the struggle with preventing warping and buckling, and how frustrating it can be to see waves or pockets in their finished paintings. This was something that I battled for years, and after not finding anything that worked, I kept experimenting through trial and error until I finally landed on the perfect method that flattens all of my finished works on paper, every time, and now I'm sharing it with you! It's easy to do, gives reliable results, and is something that can be done for any size painting.
This is the same technique I use to flatten finished paintings for collectors, interior designers, and art consultants, and for large-scale professional projects including The Ritz-Carlton Evrima Yacht, JW Marriott Essex House NYC, 7 For All Mankind flagship store, and Regent Seven Seas Grandeur Cruise Ship.
If you’re looking for a unique, ready-to-hang presentation for your work on paper that doesn’t require glass, consider getting the Course Bundle, which includes both this course and my Mount Paper to Panel course at a discount.
